Add Property Listing

:Add (Residential/Flatshare/Holiday) Property Icon.
Left mouse click the Add Property Listing Icon and a page will open allowing you to create a new property listing. For ease of use, many fields are Drop Boxes, allowing you to select from a choice of variables provided. Any field not selected will not appear in your final property listing.

Use the Description area to fully describe all the features of your property and it's locality that potential tenants might want to know about. For a residential listing suburb, street, number of rooms, building age, section, garaging, entertainment, shops, public transport are just a few of these features for starters. By giving a good description here you will either convince potential tenants that this is the residence they must see (and they will make the effort to see it), or it helps them decide early that it isn't quite the property for them. Either way tenants searching for a property will appreciate your effort here.
It is also important to ensure that the first 20 words of your description here catches the reader's attention. The reason for this is the first 20 words will appear in the property search results page.

Pictures provide evidence that what is described, exists. Inside photographs provide a reason to have a look past the front door if the street appeal is lacking, or provide a feeling of familiarity when potential tenants view the property. If you don’t have digital photographs to upload when you create your listing, don’t worry, they can be uploaded later on.
It is important that the file size of any digital photo is less than 100kb. Photo file sizes bigger than this will result in viewers losing patience waiting for them to down load. We limit the size of photo files for this reason!

Once the Add a Listing Form is successfully completed and submitted, we will indicate this to you with a confirmation page with your property’s unique listing number. Left mouse click on the link to return to your membership page, you will now find a Listing Summary has appeared at the bottom of it.

As you add new listings, each one will appear in Street Alphabetical order in your Listing Summary. Four control icons appear on the lower left hand side of each Property Listing, with a fifth indicator icon appearing in the lower right position.
